Daily Support for Thriving in Your Community

Our Supported Community Living (SCL) service helps individuals with developmental disabilities live successfully in their own homes or with family, while actively participating in the community. SCL focuses on developing essential life skills and providing the ongoing support needed to build a fulfilling, independent life.

Our dedicated staff works one-on-one with each person to provide daily living assistance, skill-building opportunities, and access to community resources. We tailor each support plan to reflect the person’s goals, abilities, and preferences.

What’s Included in SCL:

  • Daily living skills training (cooking, cleaning, budgeting)
  • Community integration and social engagement
  • Assistance with transportation and appointments
  • Support with communication and interpersonal skills
  • Safety awareness and health education
  • Medication management assistance
  • Emotional and behavioral support
  • Individualized goal-setting and progress tracking

This service is provided under the Intellectual Disability (ID) Waiver, offering individuals the tools and support they need to thrive in the environment of their choice.
